1. 15-Day Return Policy:
   We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Video Proof is Mandatory:
   A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package. This video will be considered as valid proof for any return or damage claim.

3. Conditions for Return:

   • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

   • The product should be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
   Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

5. Refund Process:
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.

6. Return Shipping:
   The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.
